Maintenance Request

To put in in a maintenance request:

Login as a resident by entering your email and password.

Go to the Contact Us prompt on the home screen. Enter the required information.

Please give specific details about the issue in the message box:

What and where it is

How long it has been a problem

Have you tried to fix it or has it been previously repaired

If it is electrical, please check the electrical box and GFI outlets for tripped breakers before putting in your request.

If it is a garbage disposal, please reset the button underneath the sink on the garbage disposal.

Also, attach any pictures that might be helpful in understanding what needs to be repaired.
